Williamsburg RV & Camping Resort – We’ve stayed here several times, and each time has been consistently better.
On our first trip, the office told us to just drive around until we found a site that suited us. The roads aren’t terribly well marked, and we found ourselves in the tent only section, which is not a good place to be towing a 25-foot camper.
Our options were to be stuck or take out a fence, so I started driving and Justin pulled out a fence post and rail, and we made it safely back to the office. TIP: park at the office and either walk (or better yet, ask them to drive you around in the golf cart) to find the open sites until you are familiar the layout of the campground.
Great pool, fun putt-putt course and close proximity (about 20-30) to Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Many of these sites are not level, so you’ll be well served to have a lot of leveling options.
